Shipping & Returns

- How do you ship?

We ship your item(s) via USPS Priority Mail for US orders and USPS First-Class Mail International for international orders. Once your item is shipped, we will send you a tracking number and a shipping confirmation.

- Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally to most countries via USPS. You can choose from First-Class Mail International (up to 4lb., no tracking #) or Priority Mail International (with tracking #). All taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the recipient. Please note that First-Class Mail International does not include insurance against loss, damage, or missing contents. If lost, we cannot reimburse or replace these shipments.

- What is your return policy?

All products cannot be returned, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you. Damaged items will be replaced with identical item as soon as we get a replacement. Any replacement requests should be notified before delivery.

- What if the package arrives damaged?

We pack our packages very carefully, but in case of damaged products upon shipments, please claim within 10 days of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can not be made after 10 days. Please take photos of the original damaged box as well as the damaged product(s) so that we can contact our carrier if needed.
